KeyResponsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies andprograms in alignment with the companys objectives andculture.

  • Recruitmenthandling exposure of Jewellery industry will be aplus.
  • Ensure compliance with allrelevant employment laws and regulations and maintain uptodateknowledge of HR bestpractices.
  • Drive employeeengagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale productivityand retention.
  • Manage employeerelations issues effectively including investigations conflictresolution andmediation.
  • Lead and developthe HR team providing coaching mentoring and professionaldevelopmentopportunities.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field; Masters degreepreferred.
  • 8 yearsof progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a seniorleadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practicesemployment laws andregulations.
  • Proven track record of leading HR initiatives andprograms that drive businessresults
  • Astrong hold on recruitments in the JewelleryIndustry
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadershipskills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translatebusiness goals into HR strategies andactions.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationshipswith stakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop ahighperforming HR team.
