Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to support our business objectives by driving and accomplishing key HR deliverables and priorities. The successful candidate will actively interface and partner with the business team by deploying strategic HR interventions and methodologies to attain the business HR goals.
Key Responsibilities:- HRBP Deliverables:
- Act as an active HR interface to the business team to instill a high-performance culture by creating a safe and harmonious workplace.
- Responsible for hiring manpower (SoC) to support the scaling up of operations.
- Ensure compliance with people processes and practices, including performance management, annual work plans, and employee work ethics.
- Receptive to employee grievances and provide immediate resolutions by partnering with the HR COE team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Nurture and develop talents in the business to ensure uninterrupted talent supply to carry out business deliverables.
- Plant HR/IR Deliverables:
- Manpower planning and budgeting for daily operations to attain business targets.
- Contract Labour Management, including monthly audits, discipline at the workplace, and statutory compliance.
- Require exhaustive working knowledge of daily and monthly manpower reporting and analysis for effective manpower rationalization.
- Manpower expenses, including monthly invoicing, creating PR, and following PO for on-time settlement of manpower bills and payments.
- Strong knowledge of time office management, especially on contract labor attendance management and compliances.
- Complete knowledge of factory compliances, procedures, and practices under relevant applicable laws.
- Liaising with local authorities, including RIICO, Tehsil, Labour Department, and Local Police Station.
- Managing day-to-day admin jobs with the help of the Local agency team, including Canteen, Housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Managing various teams, including Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance, and vendors related to Admin and facility management.
- Able to manage the budget.
- Master of Social Work (HR) or Master of Business Administration.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the Manufacturing Sector or Logistics/WH.
