Thisrole minimizes deliveryrelated risk through increased oversight andproactive management of risk. The right candidate will be able topropose complete solution offerings that clearly fit into customers business requirements to solve their current pain points. Therole is highly entrepreneurial and is directly responsible fordetermining the most effective strategy by which to drive theacquisition through a consultative sellingprocess.
Youshould have a demonstrated ability to think strategically aboutbusiness create technical definition around customer objectives incomplex situations develop solution strategies motivate andmobilize resources and deliver results. This is a highgrowthhighvisibility area with plenty of opportunities to enhance yourskillset and build your career.
Responsibilities
Drive growth forthe practice through effective customer engagement. This warrants astructured engagement model that drives the cloud onboardingbusiness case migration plans operational strategies riskmanagement and where required support regulatory engagements.
Ensure clarityand precision in defining the scope of projects. Plan monitor andcontrol multiple largescale cloud migration projects through allphases of the projectlifecycle.
Work closelywith IT consultants cloud solution architects and cloud engineersin translating IT strategic goals roadmaps and businessrequirements into future state architectures designed to leveragethe cuttingedge functionality delivered through public cloudserviceproviders.
Develop andmaintain relationships with senior management across lines ofbusiness and third parties.
Engage directlywith the customer and internal teams on Major Incidents ReportingChange Management and other Support and Operations relatedactivities.
Support theServices Sales Leader to scope and propose new services business togrow existing accounts and secure new customers for our EnterpriseLarge Enterprise and Global Strategic customers.
Contribute towinning new business in IME (integrated marketing effectiveness) byresponding to RFPs and writing proposals and presenting toprospects.
Deliver regularservice delivery reviews to assigned customers together withrecommendations for improvements to align with bestpractices.
Develop teammembers to share knowledge best practices and elicitation ofdocumentation of system requirements.
Understandbusiness and technical requirements and constraints to designeffective software solutions.
Liaison withinternal teams product management solution architect solutionconsultant and sales to document customer requirements bothtechnical and organizational during the presale cycle to inform asubsequent successfuldeployment.
GenerateStatements of Work that include scope effort estimates &timelines for the delivery of services that will help customersachieve stated business outcomes from their adoption of theplatform.
Drive ServicesOpportunity and forecasting (revenue and discounting) for theregion assigned as weekly cadence and ensure visibility to deliveryteams for resource alignment.
Developrelationships with key customers for growth and Services upsell.
Managediscussions with client procurement and legal teams during contractnegotiations.
Developrelationships with colleagues in success services product sales andother delivery stakeholders to ensure solutions proposed arecomprehensive and have signoff from delivery owners.
Update andmanage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts for Services.
Assist inproject management and escalationresolution for keyaccounts.
Ensure thatdeveloper responsibilities are being met by mentoring review codeand test plans verify that design best practices as well as codingand architectural guidelines standards and frameworks are adheredto by offering guidance communicating risk and addressingroadblocks as theyarise.
Requirements
- 14years of relevant experience from multinational organizations. Theideal candidate would have experience leading complex programs withtransformation objectives and management of largescale deliveryresponsibilities.
- 6years of program/project management experience is required. Strongexperience in managing project financials demand management changemanagement managing distributed teams KPI tracking and reportingalignment within a complex matrix organization is advantageous.
- 4 years ofexperience supporting the sales cycle in a consulting or sharedservices environment. Experience with bid/proposal preparationexposure to regulatory needs and the ability to negotiate contractsis a must.
- Musthave worked in a matrixed organization with a strong track recordof meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Must have strongexposure to AGILE and DevOps.
Experience indesign and review of new solution concepts and leading the deliveryof highimpact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.
- Experiencein partnership/advisory roles with most recent experience managingthe Cloudificationprocess.
- Experienceand knowledge of cloud technologies to drive cloud onboardingstrategies manage cloud operations and drive benefitsrealization.
Must haveexcellent project/program management skills and have experiencemanaging multiple work streams and projects at onetime.
Have businessacumen to manage revenues profitably and meet financial goalsconsistently.
Able to quantifybusiness value for clients and create winwin commercialpropositions.
Goodunderstanding of Cloud Technology (AWS/GCP/Azureetc.).
Experienced insales & client negotiations spanning across scope pricing& discounting
Gogetter andselfstarter attitude with complete ownership of the servicesbusiness the business in the region.
Ability to bothwork autonomously and within a team.
Extremely strongwritten verbal communication and presentation skills.
Candrive weekly dashboards showing Opportunity Revenue Forecast Timeto Value Time to kick offetc.
Flexible andproactive/selfmotivated working style with strong personalownership of problem resolution.
