This role minimizes deliveryrelated risk through increased oversight and proactive management of risk. The right candidate will be able to propose complete solution offerings that clearly fit into customer s business requirements to solve their current pain points. The role is highly entrepreneurial and is directly responsible for determining the most effective strategy by which to drive the acquisition through a consultative selling process.

You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business create technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations develop solution strategies motivate and mobilize resources and deliver results. Responsibilities

Drive growth for the practice through effective customer engagement. This warrants a structured engagement model that drives the cloud onboarding business case migration plans operational strategies risk management and where required support regulatory engagements.

Ensure clarity and precision in defining the scope of projects. Plan monitor and control multiple largescale cloud migration projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Work closely with IT consultants cloud solution architects and cloud engineers in translating IT strategic goals roadmaps and business requirements into future state architectures designed to leverage the cuttingedge functionality delivered through public cloud service providers.

Develop and maintain relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties.

Engage directly with the customer and internal teams on Major Incidents Reporting Change Management and other Support and Operations related activities.

Support the Services Sales Leader to scope and propose new services business to grow existing accounts and secure new customers for our Enterprise Large Enterprise and Global Strategic customers.

Contribute to winning new business in IME (integrated marketing effectiveness) by responding to RFPs and writing proposals and presenting to prospects.

Deliver regular service delivery reviews to assigned customers together with recommendations for improvements to align with best practices.

Develop team members to share knowledge best practices and elicitation of documentation of system requirements.

Understand business and technical requirements and constraints to design effective software solutions.

Liaison with internal teams product management solution architect solution consultant and sales to document customer requirements both technical and organizational during the presale cycle to inform a subsequent successful deployment.

Generate Statements of Work that include scope effort estimates & timelines for the delivery of services that will help customers achieve stated business outcomes from their adoption of the platform.

Drive Services Opportunity and forecasting (revenue and discounting) for the region assigned as weekly cadence and ensure visibility to delivery teams for resource alignment.

Develop relationships with key customers for growth and Services upsell.

Manage discussions with client procurement and legal teams during contract negotiations.

Develop relationships with colleagues in success services product sales and other delivery stakeholders to ensure solutions proposed are comprehensive and have signoff from delivery owners.

Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts for Services.

Assist in project management and escalationresolution for key accounts.

Ensure that developer responsibilities are being met by mentoring review code and test plans verify that design best practices as well as coding and architectural guidelines standards and frameworks are adhered to by offering guidance communicating risk and addressing roadblocks as they arise.


Requirements
  • 14 years of relevant experience from multinational organizations. The ideal candidate would have experience leading complex programs with transformation objectives and management of largescale delivery responsibilities.
  • 6 years of program/project management experience is required. Strong experience in managing project financials demand management change management managing distributed teams KPI tracking and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization is advantageous.
  • 4 years of experience supporting the sales cycle in a consulting or shared services environment. Experience with bid/proposal preparation exposure to regulatory needs and the ability to negotiate contracts is a must.
  • Must have worked in a matrixed organization with a strong track record of meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment. Must have strong exposure to AGILE and DevOps.

Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of highimpact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.

  • Experience in partnership/advisory roles with most recent experience managing the Cloudification process.
  • Experience and knowledge of cloud technologies to drive cloud onboarding strategies manage cloud operations and drive benefits realization.

Must have excellent project/program management skills and have experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time.

Have business acumen to manage revenues profitably and meet financial goals consistently.

Able to quantify business value for clients and create winwin commercial propositions.

Good understanding of Cloud Technology (AWS/GCP/Azure etc.).

Experienced in sales & client negotiations spanning across scope pricing & discounting

Gogetter and selfstarter attitude with complete ownership of the services business the business in the region.

Ability to both work autonomously and within a team.

Extremely strong written verbal communication and presentation skills.

Can drive weekly dashboards showing Opportunity Revenue Forecast Time to Value Time to kick off etc.

Flexible and proactive/selfmotivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
