This is a remote position.

91 AT WORK LLP is looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Recruitment vertical as a Co-Founder. This role is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to lead and shape the future of our recruitment services. The position is on a profit-sharing basis, with potential stock options available over time. As a co-founder, you will play a key role in driving both the recruitment process and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Leadership (60%)

    • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Develop and implement hiring strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various industries and roles.
    • Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
    • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of hiring solutions.

  2. Client & Account Management (40%)

    • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Manage and expand existing client relationships, ensuring that recruitment solutions align with their strategic needs.
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and account expansion.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly


Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
    • Experience in client management and building long-term business relationships.
    • Prior leadership or team management experience in a recruitment or HR services firm.

  • Skills:

    • Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive projects to completion.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS systems, and industry best practices.
