Digiaccel Learning is an education company building a system for business education that is deeper, better and more outcome oriented. Since its launch in Apr 2022, the company has scaled rapidly through great learner feedback and organic growth. Digiaccel Learning has built a responsible business with good unit economics and is now looking to scale its programs across new verticals and formats.
This role is for managing the entire recruitment and functional process for a company. This involves sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
Some specific job duties of this role will include :
• Creating job postings and advertising open positions on job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture
• Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and other team members
• Checking references and conducting background checks on selected candidates
• Making job offers and negotiating salary and benefits packages
• Updating and maintaining applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
• Keeping up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices.
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements :
• A talent recruitment professional with 2+ years of recruitment & functional experience is preferred.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Hands on experience on sourcing techniques e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search etc.
• Demonstrated skills in business partnering and talent acquisition. Start-up experience is an added advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Intellectual integrity, a desire to learn, a drive for excellence, and the ability to collaborate.
