The Founder's Office at iQuanta will work directly with the founding team to drive critical projects and support strategic initiatives, providing a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the company’s growth. This dynamic role will include overseeing cross-functional projects, contributing to strategic decision-making, and supporting the founders in daily operations to meet iQuanta’s ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the founders to execute high-priority initiatives aligned with iQuanta’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide data-backed recommendations for expanding iQuanta’s reach, especially for new verticals.
- Assist in defining KPIs and implementing tracking mechanisms to measure progress against revenue goals.
- Coordinate with teams across departments to ensure effective execution of initiatives and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead and organize team brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for revenue growth, working towards targets such as the December and January revenue goals.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support founder on ad hoc projects, adapting to changing priorities and business needs as they arise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, and able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
