Role
This role is pivotal in driving the operational strategy, ensuring smooth execution, and scaling our charging infrastructure across the country.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company growth objectives.
  • Oversee the expansion and scaling of the charge points network across multiple cities.
Operational Management:
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the charging stations.
  • Implement best practices for site selection, installation, and maintenance of charge points.
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage operational budgets.
Vendor and Partner Management:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards.
Customer Experience:
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that impact the customer experience.
Data and Analytics:
  • Utilize data analytics to drive operational decisions and improvements.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Innovation and Technology:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the EV charging industry.
  • Integrate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

RequirementsQualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the EV, automotive, or infrastructure sectors. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
