KeyResponsibilities

  • Conductmarket research to identify selling possibilities and buildingstrong sales pipelines by scanning for businessopportunity.
  • Make outbound prospectingcampaigns (emails cold calling social selling) to generate leads onlocal companies.
  • Set up meetings to understandcustomer needs and concerns to gather key prospectinformation.
  • Generate interest and bring insuccessful customers often utilizing product demos andpresentations.
  • Supply management with reportson customers and amp; sales.
  • Prepare conciseand accurate reviews with sales and amp; financialdata.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handlecomplaints or objections.
  • Collating inputs ofclient feedback and presenting them to team andmanagement.
  • Share your best practices andbenefit from those of yourcolleagues.


Skillsand amp;Qualifications

  • Strongcommunication and collaboration skills given this position willinteract with diverse levels of business and globalstakeholders.
  • Keen interest in conductingresearch coupled with sensing new changes in market and evolvingnew strategies.
  • Ability to build/nurture/grow astring network of people and channels (internally and externally)for lead generation.
  • A team player with a knackfor adapting quickly problem solving andmultitasking.
  • Commercially savvy with abilityto exercise discretion with respect todynamic
  • information about thebusiness.
  • Preferably has done B2B sales in thepast payroll expense management procurementsoftware.
  • Hands on experience with CRM softwareDrip campaigns and LinkedIn scrapping tools would be aplus.
