Experienceand Qualifications :
  • Candidates must haveat least 2 year of experience in team management or leadership witha strong understanding of ATL (Above the Line) advertising alongwith excellent organizational and interpersonalskills
  • Post graduation inMarketing/advertising
  • Ability to juggle clientswhile also prioritizing individualrequirements
  • Being responsible for individualas well as team performance
  • Strong analyticalskills
  • Ability to make skillful oral andwritten presentations
  • Capacity to conductthorough research and competitive analysis of clients and theircompetitors
  • Ability to adapt adjust and performwith discipline and common sense
  • Fluent (listening & speaking ) in basic languages i.e English&Hindi
