Job Overview:

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Servicing Manager with at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns, and delivering exceptional client service.

- You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to drive campaign success and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.

- Strategy Development: Work with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with their goals.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, analytics) to ensure timely and effective delivery of campaigns.

- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, prepare reports, and present insights to clients on a regular basis, recommending optimization strategies where necessary.

- Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and troubleshoot any challenges related to campaign delivery, client satisfaction, or team collaboration.

- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or recommending new channels/strategies to drive client success and agency growth.

- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to agreed spending limits.

- Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies in digital advertising, sharing insights with clients and internal teams.

Key Minimum of 3 years in a client servicing or account management role within a digital advertising agency.

Industry Knowledge:


- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display, video, and programmatic advertising).


Communication Skills:


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information to clients and stakeholders.
