Job Title: Partner Success Manager
Primarily into IT Sales
Experience: 3 to 10 years
Location: Mumbai, Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing Business from the top channel Partners.
• Drive sales of all the solutions/products through channel Partners.
• Map and manage the relations with channel Partners.
• Work with product executives to maintain a healthy product mix.
• Coordinate the logistics of delivering the solution to the customer along with the channel partner.
• Selling Enterprise Servers and Storage, Software Products under Channel sales
• Managing assigned products in Territory.
• Achievement of sales targets for each product category within the operating region.
• Cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner.
• Pre- and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels including Sales Training. Co-ordinate Product Seminars, Forums • Interaction with OEMs as well as principal firms operating within the territory.
• Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales channels.
• Experience in channel sales or related sales experiences preferably in software/technology/product company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to connect, influence and interact with potential customers.
• Persuasive and goal oriented.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.
• Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to work independently.
