This is a unique opportunity to work with a large-scale SaaS cloud company and be part of a highly visible team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as a thought leader, customer advocate, and partner to Anaplan's most strategic customers.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, customer success, or planning software across industries and functions. They will be responsible for assessing and consulting with customers' planning challenges and desired business objectives, developing and executing customer success plans, and demonstrating business value realization through measurement of executed strategies.
The Customer Success Business Partner will also be responsible for being the conduit for customer and Anaplan strategic alignment, working closely with implementation partners, sales, and other Anaplan internal teams. They will be the customer's trusted leader for their connected planning journey.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization. They will also have knowledge of best practices in customer success, adoption, and retention, as well as experience overseeing technology implementations with enterprise planning platforms throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable individual with a customer-first mentality, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a curiosity to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and consult with customers' planning challenges and desired business objectives
- Develop and execute customer success plans
