The Process Excellence Team (PEX) within PSO focuses strongly on end-to-end process improvements that is founded on industry best practices and approaches such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Service Excellence and Process Automation in order to:

Re-imagine/design end to end FIL’s services and processes to drive better customer experience, profitability and growth;

Empower and upskill internal teams by promoting a culture of continuous improvement as part of new and improved ways or working;

Establish, embed and govern FIL’s enterprise-wide process taxonomy, process ownership and process change management

About your role

You will work to progress Fidelity’s process simplification and optimisation agenda by:

Continuously supporting PEX Sr. ConsultantsSpecialists / PEX Implementation Lleads in executing process improvement opportunities that are aligned to key business priorities with clearly measurable outcomes

Conducting and supporting process improvements in a structured manner using methods like Service Design, Lean Six Sigma, Systems Thinking, Value Stream Analysis, Data insights etc. to identify and deliver measurable benefits

Support the embedding of a continuous improvement culture across the organisation via supporting our Process excellence initiatives

Independently conducting lower complexity business process assessments and facilitating delivery

Experience of creating a process taxonomy, deriving insights and executing process change management mechanisms

Proactively identifying enhancements to our team’s ways of working

Ensure adoption and consistent application of CoE methodologies, design standards and tools by providing technical input to approaches and their application in process optimisation and automation delivery. Drive the adoption of Global Process Standards, including Taxonomy maintenance, change governance and establishment of process ownership

Support other PEX areas as required including mission mentoring and updating of process taxonomy

About You

Demonstrable experience in leading and supporting Service Design, Process Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and Automation projects that have led to measurable business benefits, identifying the problem to be solved, performing the appropriate analysis and identifying improvements

Evidenced use and understanding of process excellence methods and tools such as User Journey Mapping, Value Stream mapping and Statistical analysis tools including Minitab, Control Charts etc

Design Thinking skills (optional) and utilisation of data led insights such as predictive modelling to drive impact

Experience in facilitating workshops and use of collaboration tools such as Mural

Experience in writing user stories and mapping documents clearly interpreting requirements ready to be picked by technology team

Education:

Bachelors or master’s degree

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) or Green Belt (Preferred) and/withor strong equivalent experience
