JOB TITLE:National Manager – Demand Planning COE
DEPARTMENT:-Transformation
JOB OBJECTIVES:-Act as a Centre of Excellence for Demand Planning using the digital solutions implemented, driving compliance to the process design, identify and implement the improvements as needed from time to time. Develop a governance model for KPI tracking and improvement. Drive capability improvement through necessary training to users. Identify and implement improvement projects from time to time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Roles and Responsibilitiesfrom control model
1. Understand the As is Process and To be processes. Identify the Change management requirements, drive necessary engagements and process controls to implement and monitor the required changes.
2. Develop a solution governance model for driving effective data management, cadences, solution governance, KPI design and tracking.
3. Develop Demand Planning Playbooks contributing to effective review and improvement of S&OP and S&OE activities.
4. Engage with cross functional stakeholders, IT teams, solution provider for identifying opportunities in improvement of Forecast Accuracy and reduction in inefficiencies
5. Develop the capability of users with the help of required training materials on both functional and technical part.
6. Identify implement new projects from time to time for continuous improvement.

Key Customers:Demand Planning Team, WAPoS, RGM, RTM, Supply Chain Planning, IT, Digital
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Education:Bachelor of Engineering with Management qualification preferred
Minimum Work Experience:5 -7 years
Competencies/Skills/Abilities:
Behavioral Competencies:-Should have good analytical mind set, logical thinking, good presentation skills, engagement, negotiation & influencing skills. Role requires high degree of networking and visibility across functions
Functional Competencies:Expert understanding of Demand Planning Processes. Digitally literate and ability to drive digital transformation with hands on usage of digital solutions. Ability to develop complex playbooks and review dashboards. Prior experience on detailed process mapping and optimization.
Language Proficiency:-English, Hindi
IT Knowledge:IT Savvy. Should be computer literate, with advanced MS Excel Power BI skills. Knowledge on SAP and prevailing digital solutions is desired.
