Job Description

General Purpose: We are looking for an experiencesecurity leader with a background in AWS and cloud operations. Asuccessful candidate will have excellent written and verbal skillsbe organized and have expert level skills in the field of IT andCloud Security. You will help define and enforce our securitypolicies and procedures. You must have demonstrable experience andskills in Cloud based security and have managed and builtsuccessful security operations in the past. You must be capable ofleading from the front lines this position requires both hands ontechnical experience as well as managementskills.

Job Status: FullTime

Essential Duties &Responsibilities

  • Provide team leadership to the Cloud Architectureteam

  • Design and deliver new hosting solutions supportsales.

  • Address compliance and security needs throughredesign and updates to existing solutions

  • Implement and maintain AWSsolutions

  • Author review and approve Cloudarchitecture

  • Propose Cloud designs for new clients and newofferings

  • Provide design analysis and cost estimation tosupport sales efforts

  • Create and document AWS based systemsolutions

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in AWS and Cloudissues

  • Collaborate with various subteams (AutomationInstallation Security)

  • Maintain architecturedocumentation

  • Provide Audit support

  • Create and maintain toolsto help automate provisioning and upkeep of AWSresources

  • Expand maintain & establish new bestpractices for infrastructure management

  • Maintenance andorganization of AWS resources

Must HaveQualifications

  • Recent AWS Cloud Architectcertifications

  • 15 years of experience in related technical fieldsuch as Engineering IT IT Security CloudComputing

  • 8 years of AWS experience using AWS based cloudinfrastructure (EC2 VPC VPN EBS Route53 SG S3)

  • Expert with CloudFormationor similar (Terraform SaltStack)

  • Proven track record designing andmaintaining complex AWS cloud architecture

  • Managed technologyteams

  • Ability to produced detailed architecturedocumentation

  • Excellent communication skills with experiencepresenting to executive and leadership team

AdditionalQualifications

  • Experience with Vagrant DockerInSpec

  • Experience with configuration tools like: ChefPuppet Ansible

  • Experience in network security intrusiondetection & monitoring

  • Experience with monitoringapplications in a cloud environment like Splunk DataDog Logz.ioElastic (Elastic and ELK preferred)

  • Experience with scripting in one ormore languages: Ruby Python JavaScript Bash JavaGroovy

  • Experience with Git and source controltools

  • Experience in an Agile/DevOps/DevSecOpsenvironment.

  • QualificationBE/Btech in Computers/MCA/BSc in computer Science or equivalent

  • AWS Certification ismandatory for this role.
