Job Title: Student SupportExecutive
TheStudent Support Executive will be responsible for managing andoptimizing student interactions and engagement handling operationalqueries and providing exceptional support to our students. Thisrole is crucial in maintaining smooth communication channelsensuring good engagement with students and promptly and efficientlyresolving all studentissues.KeyResponsibilities:Address andStudent issues related to course access login problems and othertechnical difficulties.Assist students inunderstanding course requirements prerequisites and academicpoliciesProactively engage with studentsthrough various Platforms to build strong relationships andencourage active participation.Develop andimplement innovative ideas and programs to increase studentengagement and satisfaction.Maintain openand effective communication channels between students faculty andadministrative departments addressing their needs feedback andconcerns promptly andprofessionally.Collaborate with variousdepartments to streamline processes and improve operationalefficiency.Plan and coordinate virtualevents webinars and workshops to enhance student learning andnetworking opportunities.Ensure adherence toinstitutional policies Handle administrativetasks such as processing applications verifying documents managingcourse fees providing notifications and managing studentaccounts.Develop and update supportmaterials FAQs and user guides forstudents.Maintaining detailed and uptodatestudent records including enrolment status grades and personalinformation.Managing student fees includingpayment receipts deadlines reminders Provideinformation on available programs scholarships and grants as wellas application deadlines andrequirements.Assist with navigating theonline registration system troubleshooting technical issues andresolving registration errors.Maintainaccurate and organized records of student enrolment admissionsregistration and financial aid transactionsQualifications:Bachelorsdegree in any field.Fresher/Minimum of 1year experience in a student success role preferably within aneducational or Edtechenvironment.Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal.Strong problemsolving abilities and aproactive approach to resolvingissues.Ability to multitask and manage timeeffectively in a fastpaced environment.Highattention to detail and organizational skills.
PreferredSkills:Familiarity withonline learning platforms and ed.TechExcellent communicationskills.Knowledge of higher educationadministration and studentlifecycle.Experienced in handlinginternational students. Collaborative skillsGood understanding of the InternationalVoiceProcess.
