Key responsibilities

Manage HR Operations from Hire to Retire, including letter preparation, query resolution, and employee data updates. Handle end-to-end Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Oversee Vendor Management, including contract handling, invoice processing, and PO creation. Prepare various HR letters and manage Payroll inputs accurately and timely. Resolve HR and Payroll queries within specified SLAs. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements and scalability.

Role requirements

4-5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with exposure to Success Factor or HCM systems. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, and strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and maintain high accuracy. Prior experience in Vendor Management and Payroll operations is advantageous.
