1.Increase the sales of distributors by offering training and meetingmorecustomers.
2.Make new distributors of Big Installer or Big Distributor fromcompetitions.
3.Build Trust among new and existing distributors by engaging them ona regularbasis.
PrimaryResponsibilty:
1.Contact and physical meeting with retail shop/dealers/distributorsto inform them about Loom Solar Product and offerings (daily visit10counters)
2.Cold Calling to Prospective customers/dealers to identify salesopportunity
3. LeadGeneration for Dealer Network to increase thesales
4.Negotiate with dealers to sell our product only if competitor isoffering a similar price.
5. PrepareQuotations and share with dealers for their orderrequirement
6.Keep Record and update of all visits in company salesapplication
7.Pickup call and respond to each dealer on immediatebasis
8.Ensure that Loom Solar products are the first choice in the channelvis a vis thecompetition
9.Ensure stock availability of 30 days Inventory with ChannelsPartners
10.Monitor Distributor and dealer Stock movement & Secondary /TertiarySales
11.Conduct Distributor / Dealer meets and trainingprograms
1. PreferredGraduate/MBA Candidate with 12 years experience in Solar / PowerBackupIndustry
2.Preference will be given to Luminous Liveguard Exide Microtek OkayaPolycab and Havellsemployee
3.Great communication skills fluency in both English andHindi
4. Anattitude to get things done willing to work minimum 2years
5.Rigorous followup and Negotiation Skills to build relationship withDealers/Distributors.
