Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager/ASM- Marketing/Industrial Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and support the sales team in achieving their targets. This position requires a strong background working with Plastic Molding, White goods, Automotive OEM industry/customers and a thorough understanding of industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales of industrial products.- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs and develop marketing materials accordingly.- Identify and attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the organization's products and services.- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions.- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.- Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales activities to senior management.- B2B / Institutional Sales.- Generating new leads.- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.- Gathering market and customer information.- Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Any graduate or BE / MBA with 06 to 08 years of experience in the Molds and Dies manufacturing industry.- Open to travelling as the requirement is for multiple locations.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.- Focused and goal oriented.
