Overview:The TalentAcquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in sourcing attractingand hiring toptier talent to support the organizations growth andsuccess. This role is responsible for developing and implementingeffective recruiting strategies building a strong employer brandand ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiringprocess.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand staffingneeds
  • Source potential candidates using variousmethods such as job boards social media and professionalnetworks
  • Screen and review resumes to identifyqualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews andassess candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills andexperience
  • Coordinate with hiring managers toschedule interviews and assessments
  • Manage thefull recruitment process from job posting to offeracceptance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipelineof potential candidates for future hiringneeds
  • Ensure a positive candidate experiencethrough timely communication andfeedback
  • Participate in employer brandinginitiatives to attract top talent
  • Utilizeapplicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidateactivity
  • Stay updated on employment laws andregulations to ensure compliant hiringpractices
  • Provide regular reports and updateson recruiting activities and keymetrics
  • Collaborate with HR team on onboardingand retention strategies
  • Participate innetworking and industry events to promote employerbrand
  • Negotiate and finalize offers withselected candidates
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHR Business Administration or relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as a TalentAcquisition Specialist or similarrole
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment andselection processes
  • Strong understanding ofemployment laws and regulations
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Provenexperience with applicant tracking systems(ATS)
  • Ability to effectively use social mediaand professional networks forsourcing
  • Exceptional interviewing andassessment skills
  • Strong negotiation andinfluencing abilities
  • Proven track record inmeeting and exceeding hiring targets
  • Ability towork in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Highlyorganized with strong attention todetail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information
  • Certification inHR or recruiting is a plus
  • Proactive andselfmotivated with a passion for talentacquisition
