Job Summary:


The Talent Acquisition and DEI Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent that aligns with the company’s goals and values. This role will focus on enhancing the company's DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and the DEI team to ensure best practices in talent acquisition and diversity efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract best talent.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise on effective hiring practices.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

- Utilize various recruitment channels such as naukri portal, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

- Maintain a talent pipeline and database for future hiring needs.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and reduce time-to-fill.


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:


- Implement DEI initiatives and programs.

- Promote an inclusive hiring process by ensuring job postings, interview practices, and selection criteria are unbiased and inclusive.

- Train hiring managers and interview panels on DEI best practices and unconscious bias.

- Analyze DEI metrics and provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Stay updated on DEI trends and best practices to continuously improve the company’s DEI efforts.


Qualifications:


- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in DEI are a plus.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of DEI principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using SAP and other HR software.

- Passionate about fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
