About the role: As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for our new Artefact office in Pune, you will be instrumental in setting up and driving the talent acquisition functions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and building the office culture. Your expertise will attract top-tier talent and contribute to Artefact's continued success


What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the organisation.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees.
  • Manage performance review processes to support professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify learning and development needs, and design and implement relevant programs.
  • Instrumental in developing and building the culture of the office through socials and other benefits.


About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition roles, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end recruitment and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Prior experience in successfully setting up and leading talent acquisition functions in new office locations. Experience working in a startup environment is preferred but not essential.
