Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in recruiting language resources for large clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of language requirements across different industries and possess strong recruitment skills to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. This role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their language resource requirements, including linguistic skills, cultural understanding, and domain expertise.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and engage qualified language resources, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate language proficiency, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and language experts, to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, including contract management and compliance.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of language resources to meet current and future client needs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly in language recruitment, continuously enhancing recruitment processes and techniques.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on recruiting language resources for large clients or multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of language proficiency assessments and certification standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, particularly related to language recruitment and diversity initiatives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
