Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our BIM services. This role requires a deep understanding of the BIM industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and be able to support our company's growth by building a strong talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various BIM roles, including BIM Architects, BIM Modelers and Engineers, BIM Coordinators, and BIM Managers.
  • Utilize various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote Blueprints Design as an employer of choice in the BIM industry.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for management review.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and BIM services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 01-02 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the AEC or BIM industry.
  • Strong understanding of BIM technologies and workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
