Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Sales Team Lead to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing a high-performance sales team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base within the education industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in sales strategy development and execution (Mandatory skill)
  • Experienced in team management with the ability to lead and inspire a sales team
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships
  • Expertise in sales forecasting and setting achievable targets
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Strong market research skills to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Proficient in sales management techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set sales targets and objectives
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the sales department
