You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement, helping to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business performance.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency based on data analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and systems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as  Excel/SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering/ Statistics/  or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Excel/Macros/Power BI/ databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
