  • Drive and represent Operations on the delivery functionto effectively deliver outsourced integrated facilities managementservices and to ensure enduring enhancements/improvements withinOperational Service delivery.
  • Ensureappropriate governance is applied regarding allprocesses.
  • Develop agree and implementstrategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created inpartnership with the customer and senior team that as a minimummeet contractual requirements and business targets including growthaspirations and be accountable for its delivery.
  • Drive and represent Operations on the delivery offunction to effectively deliver outsourced integrated facilitiesmanagement services and to ensure enduringenhancements/improvements within Operational Servicedelivery.
  • Recognise the difference betweencost of operating the Estate (OPEX) and investment in the estate(CAPEX) and develop though life costed plans to support improvedavailability of facilities and assets without increasing overall(OPEX & CAPEX) expenditure.
