Are you a revenue management expert with a strong background in hospitality? We’re looking for a skilled Cluster Revenue Manager or Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for optimizing revenue across multiple properties, developing and executing strategic revenue management plans, and overseeing daily yield operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across a cluster of hotels. Analyse booking trends, inventory, and market conditions to optimize pricing and occupancy. Adjust strategies based on competitor pricing and market trends.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and set strategic goals. Collaborate with finance to create and manage budgets aligned with revenue targets.
- Pricing Strategies: Design dynamic pricing models and develop strategies for various customer segments based on market data and demand.
- Team Management and Training: Lead and manage the revenue management team, setting clear objectives and ensuring accountability. Train hotel staff on effective revenue management practices.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Technology and Systems Management: Oversee the use of revenue management and property management systems. Ensure the team is proficient in relevant technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, including managing multiple hotels.
- Proven experience in revenue optimization and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and revenue management software.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced certification in revenue management.
- Experience with advanced revenue management tools and technologies.
- Strategic thinker focused on revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with global brands such as IHG, Marriott, Hilton, etc.
Additional Notes:
- USA experience is essential but not mandatory.
- A deep understanding of the US hospitality market and revenue management practices is preferred.
