Attractions include a Trampoline Park, Soft Play, Bowling, Laser Tag, and more. 

As we expand, we seek a motivated, experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple outlets and lead our teams to success.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cluster Manager to manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations. The Cluster Manager will ensure that each outlet operates efficiently and provides excellent customer service, safety, and entertainment. This role requires someone who can balance operational oversight, team management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Operations: Ensure smooth operation of all locations, monitoring activities and processes to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead outlet managers and staff. Foster a positive, motivated work culture that encourages team collaboration and growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring a memorable experience for guests.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense control for each location. Work to meet revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all outlets adhere to safety regulations, maintain equipment, and comply with all health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and monitor stock levels, ensuring outlets have adequate resources while minimizing wastage.
  • Promotions & Events: Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and seasonal activities to boost engagement and drive foot traffic.
  • Reporting: Compile performance reports for each outlet, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, training, and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-service orientation.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, sales targets, and expense control.
  • Ability to travel frequently between locations.
