Overview:The ZonalSales Head for New Vehicle Loans plays a critical role in leadingthe sales efforts for new vehicle loans within the specified zone.This role is essential in driving the growth of the organizationsnew vehicle loan portfolio and establishing strategic partnershipsto achieve sales targets and revenuegoals.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executesales strategies to achieve new vehicle loan targets within theassigned zone
  • Lead and manage a team of salesmanagers and executives to drive performance and meet salesobjectives
  • Establish and nurture relationshipswith dealers manufacturers and other key stakeholders in theautomotive industry
  • Analyze market trendscompetitor activities and customer needs to identify growthopportunities and potential risks
  • Monitor andreport on sales performance market trends and competitiveactivities to senior management
  • Collaboratewith marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotionalcampaigns and strategies
  • Ensure compliance withregulatory requirements and internalpolicies
  • Conduct regular performance reviewsand provide training and development opportunities for the salesteam
  • Participate in the development of annualsales budgets and provide input for financialplanning
  • Represent the organization at industryevents conferences and networkingopportunities
  • Resolve escalated customer issuesand maintain high levels of customersatisfaction
  • Utilize data and analytics todrive informed decisionmaking and optimize salesprocesses
  • Identify and address any operationalinefficiencies within the sales process
  • Stayupdated with industry best practices trends and newtechnologies

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven track record of at least 12 yearsin sales management with specific experience in vehicle loans orautomotive finance
  • Demonstrated leadershipskills with the ability to inspire and motivate a salesteam
  • Strong understanding of financial analysisbudgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent negotiationand communication skills
  • Strategic thinker withthe ability to develop and execute salesplans
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedtargetdriven environment
  • Proficient in CRMsoftware and sales management tools
  • Indepthknowledge of the automotive industry and marketdynamics
  • Proven ability to build and maintainstrong relationships with keystakeholders
  • Understanding of regulatory andcompliance requirements in the financial servicessector
  • Analytical mindset with a focus ondatadriven decisionmaking
  • Ability to travelwithin the assigned zone asrequired
  • Professional certifications in salesor related fields are a plus
  • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities
