Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. As a junior position, this full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a significant role in driving sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, leveraging our state-of-the-art recruitment software to deliver exceptional services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Effective negotiation skills to close deals and establish long-term partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication abilities for seamless client interactions and presentations (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong relationship building skills to nurture and maintain positive client relations.
  • Solid understanding of product knowledge to convey technical details and benefits effectively.
  • Proficiency in prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads within the market.
  • High level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Effective time management to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic sales environment.

  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, adhering to company pricing and policies.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network.
