RoleandResponsibilities
  • Buildhonest nurturing trustworthy relationships with the learners whocontact us.
  • Guide ourlearners and familiarise them with the industry s realities thecompany s vision and how our product fits into thepicture.
  • Develop andmaintain a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently follow upon leads to progress them through the salescycle.
  • Understandlearners career needs and guide them with how our product cananswer their concerns to turn inquiries intoadmissions.
  • Providetimely and accurate responses to learners being always present torespond to anyqueries.
  • Meet andexceed daily KPIs with monthly targets through effective convincingand sellingskills.

IdealCandidate
  • Proventrack record of success in a sales or business development rolepreferably in a B2Cenvironment.
  • Selfmotivatedand proactive with a strong sense of initiative and drive forcontinuousimprovement.
