With extensive product knowledge and understanding ofindustry trends Account Executives will communicate directly withclients and prospects understand their individual needs recommendWooqer products that maximize value for them and close deals. Youshould be an adaptable knowledgeable multitasker with strongcomputer and communication skills. The ideal candidate will beorganized passionate about client relations and focused onenhancing the buyerexperience.Whatyou will do:
  1. Ownthe complete cycle from prospecting to closing and launching newcustomers.
  2. Manage outbound and inbound leads.Achieve your sales quota.
  3. Provide support forclients by learning and addressing their requirements and mappingit to Wooqers unique value proposition.
  4. Followup with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to buildtrust and confidence in the product andorganization.
  5. Present and demonstrate the valueof products and services to prospectivebuyers.
  6. Stay current on company offerings andindustry trends. Maintain and track CRM at alltimes.
  7. Build longlasting mutually beneficialrelationships with all internal and external stakeholders to createa better customer experience.
  8. Handle complaintsand negotiations and work deals towardsclosures.
  9. Win deals and ensure smoothonboarding.
What youll need:
  1. B.techwith 1 yr B2B product sales experience and good understanding ofB2B sales process in a startupenvironment.
  2. Track record of consistentlyhitting your targets.
  3. Experience of selling toClevel executives and finance teams.
  4. Strongtime management & Stakeholder managementskills.
  5. Ability to understand client needs andhandle the negotiation process.
  6. Track record ofgenerating your own pipeline.
  7. Understanding ofhow technology products are built.
  8. Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  9. Computer skills especially MS OfficeGoogle Suite apps and CRM
  10. SoftwareComprehensive and current knowledge ofcompany

Before Wooqer he has architected complex bankingapplications and a couple of high scale end consumer products. Hehas acted as CTO of American startups and managed large highperformance engineering teams in the past. He holds a bachelorsdegree from IIT Varanasi.
KailashIyer As a VP FinanceKailash is leading the finance legal compliance & adminteam and is striving to unlock value for all stakeholders. Kailashis a versatile professional with an entrepreneurial mindset withdiverse experience in financial and business environments. Prior toWooqer Kailash led a similar role at Hashedin By Deloitte.
