JobDescription:
Weare currently seeking a skilled and experienced SalesRepresentative with a background in the ceramic industry to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 yearsof relevant sales experience in the ceramic sector and a strongunderstanding of the industry dynamics. If you are a motivatedindividual with a passion for sales and a proven track record ofdriving business growth we want to hear fromyou.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. BusinessDevelopment: Identify and pursue new businessopportunities within the ceramic industry. Develop and maintain arobust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and leadgeneration activities.
  2. ClientRelationship Management: Build and nurture strongrelationships with existing and potential clients in the ceramicindustry. Understand client needs and preferences and providetailored solutions to meet theirrequirements.
  3. ProductKnowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ceramicproducts including their features specifications and applications.Effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to clientsaddressing any inquiries or concerns they mayhave.
  4. Sales Strategy:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targetsand maximize revenue growth. Analyze market trends competitoractivities and customer feedback to identify opportunities forimprovement and expansion.
  5. SalesPresentations: Conduct engaging and informative salespresentations to showcase our ceramic products to clients.Highlight key features benefits and competitive advantages toeffectively influence purchasedecisions.
  6. Negotiation andClosing: Negotiate terms and conditions of salesagreements including pricing delivery schedules and payment terms.Close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customersatisfaction andprofitability.
  7. SalesReporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records ofsales activities including client interactions sales orders andrevenue forecasts. Provide regular sales reports and updates tomanagement to track progress againsttargets.

QualificationsandExperience:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience insales within the ceramic industry.
  • Proven trackrecord of achieving and exceeding salestargets.
  • Strong communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentationand persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team in a dynamicenvironment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed tomeet with clients and attend industryevents.
