Will be responsible for calling US Agents
Good product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling
Handle agents query and booking for exotic destinations
On tour assistance to clients, special focus on events and conferences. Catering to the clients requirements during advance travel and on ground management of the groups.
Selling travel products and tour packages (FIT / GIT / Adhoc / Series) in regard with leisure & holidays
Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
Ability to understand customer requirements to customize itineraries for given destination
Receiving inbound / outbound customer sales inquiries and providing quotations, providing product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound / outbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the organizations product/services
Preferred Skills
Must carry strong experience in International & Domestic destinations
Must have experience in Leisure, Corporate and MICE Sales
Team handling experience is added advantage
