Job Title: IT Sales Executive Position
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at INTINERI INFOSOL PRIVATE LIMITED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT service solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
