Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve individual and team goals.

Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, outlining progress and results.

Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

Lead Generation and Management
  • Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring quality leads are pursued by the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies.

Training and Development
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
