JobDescription: Position: Client Acquisition
Location:Gurgaon
JobOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven ClientAcquisition Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilityof this role is to support in acquiring new clients for ourproducts/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellentcommunication skills a good logical ability to understand processesand the ability to build and maintain relationships with potentialclients. The Client Acquisition Associate will play a crucial rolein expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growthof the organization.
KeyResponsibilities:
Client Engagement
1. Initiatecontact with potential clients to follow up and gather certaininformation to proceed further to take up thealignment. 2. Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients through regular communication andfollowups.
Commercials Alignment & Onboarding1. Preparation of Costing proposals quotesand contracts for potential clients. 2. Workclosely with crossfunctional departments i.e. Finance Legal Adminand operations team to smooth line the onboarding process3. Close coordination with brand to completethe onboarding and start the business operations.
Achievement of Targets: 1. Meet and exceedmonthly and quarterly acquisition targets.2. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relatedto client acquisition.
Documentation andReporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions andtransactions in the CRM. 2. Prepare regularreports on client acquisition activities successes and challenges.
KeyRequirements: Bachelor s degree in businessMarketing or a related field (master s degreepreferred). Proven experience 25 yrs ofexperience. Strong financial acumen andexperience managing P&L. Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Strategic thinker with the ability tocreate and execute effective business plans. Strong leadership and team managementskills. Knowledge of the ecommerce industryand digital marketing trends is a plus.
