As the Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the HR function's Talent Acquisition team and will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Head.
The purpose of your role will be to design, implement and manage the comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires. To ensure
seamless onboarding of new hires and provide necessary resource and information from day one.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Continuously develop and maintain a structured onboarding
program specifically tailored for new hires
2. Engage & drive various pre-onboarding engagements and activities and collaborating with cross functional teams, HR Ops, etc
3. Responsible for conducting central orientation program & cordinating for effective seanless delivery and experience
4. Serve as a primary point of contact for new executives throughout the onboarding process addressing any questions and concerns
5. Work on various documentation & reporting activities as per requirement

A Day in the life

The purpose of your role will be to design, implement and manage the comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires. To ensure

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/MBA (preferably HR)
- 5-6 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Proficiency in SF
- MS Office
- Data management
- Analytical skills

Behavioural Skills

● Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
● Ability to understand processes/guidelines for processes
● Ability to lead with a problem solving approach
● Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
