Responsibilities:Research and identify potential affiliate partners that align with the company’s target audience and product offerings.Reach out to prospective affiliates through different communication channels to introduce the affiliate program and its benefits.Ensure a warm and engaging welcome for new affiliates, making their initial experience with FlexiFunnels memorable.Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships.Create a personalized onboarding experience that leaves a lasting positive impression, including welcome calls, personalized emails, etc.Provide detailed information about the affiliate program, including commission structures, promotional materials, product offerings, and tracking systems.Identify and drive opportunities for affiliate engagement.Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks and focusing on high-impact activities.
Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.People-oriented and able to adapt/respond efficiently and professionally.Empathy and patience to understand partners needs, challenges, and objectives.Coachable and open to learning new techniques and processes.Understanding of digital marketing principles and industry landscape.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple affiliates and onboarding processes efficiently.A go-getter and a solution seeker.
