This multifaceted role involves managing the timesheet submission process, assisting with HR and onboarding tasks, and supporting accounting functions. Onboarding and Accounting Specialist – US StaffingLocation: RemoteExperience Level: 3 to 5 years

Oversee the timesheet submission process and ensure timely and accurate entry of employee hours.Verify timesheets for completeness and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies.Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee pay based on submitted timesheets.Provide support and training to employees on timesheet submission procedures.Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as sending new hire paperwork, onboarding materials, and employee letters to Corp to Corp and W2 candidates.Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately and in a timely manner.Assist with general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.Proficient in drafting business emails, MS Excel, and documents as and when required.Exposure to QuickBooks and Paychex is highly desirable.
