Job Purpose
Scope of work will include end to end business support to the North Zone and Dealer Development (DD) team with respect to planning & budgeting, business forecasting, support for decision making to ZBH and Business Heads, preparation and presentation of summary and MIS. Responsible to drive dealer profitability initiatives in West Zone
Key Responsibilities
- Well versed in preparing dashboards with Power BI, Google studio, Tableau and working knowledge of SQL
- Well versed in advanced G- suite app (slides and sheets)
- Should have advanced understanding of PnL statement (ROI, EBITDA, etc.) , balance sheets, and cash flow
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical bent of mind and is able to add value to the operational team by managing different data sets from different sources so that it enables team and business partners to take informed decisions
- Is a team player and is able to build rapport with the internal sales team as well as external business partners
- Has understanding of the automobile business KPIs
- Preferably from 2W or (4W passenger car segment)
- Is able to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever changing environment
- Is open to travel across North India to partners locations, when required

Education
Graduate in Finance with Masters in Data Science
Experience
- 4+ years relevant experience in a similar role in sales or business development capacity. Data analytics and MIS.
- Experience in the automotive/ FMCG sector
