About the team

Kyndryl Collaborative is where delivery happens – globally and locally. With end-to-end support -- from managed services to consulting – these locations are the innovation spaces where we come together to deliver high-impact outcomes faster for our customers.

As Kyndryl collaborative marketing team, our focus will be on executing 3 strategic marketing initiatives - Customer Experience Centre, Branding and Talent Acquisition. Team will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across Kyndryl collaborative delivery locations spanning APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions.

Your role

As Kyndryl collaborative marketing Customer Experience Manager, your role will focus on delivering across all the three strategic marketing areas - Customer Experience Centre, Branding and Talent Acquisition.

Customer Experience Centre:

Our focus is on creating exceptional customer experiences by enhancing marketing value and integrating holistic marketing capabilities for all customer visits. This involves collaboration across various marketing functions such as account analytics, branding & content teams, solution marketing, operations, alliances, ABM, and field marketing etc. As the marketing team, we strive to consistently present ourselves as trusted advisors to Account leadership, Managing Partners, and Customer Partner teams. Collaborate with Account Based Marketing (ABM) team, market CMOs, and Field Marketers to drive more ABM visits to our collaborative centers, enhancing our ability to deliver tailored, impactful marketing solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers and partners. Build customer impact stories by collaborating with delivery senior leadership, Account delivery partners and customer partners. These impact stories (based on Kyndryl Bridge/AIOps) will be used in customer visit discussions and RFPs. Collaborate with content and brand teams to drive this agenda.

Create “show not tell” demo/story video around specific account & key topics i.e. Banking/Govt/Healthcare/Retail and Cloud Migration, ESG, FinOps, etc.) Create a pipeline for the content team to develop external customer reference stories.

Bring innovation stories/capabilities from our alliances partners/startups by leveraging support from Innovation guild teams, alliances teams and Delivery SMEs to showcase during customer visits. Pitch the innovation topic to customer through customer partners. Engage the Innovation guild team to showcase innovation story Drive Expert Eminence Program – Drive Expert eminence program collaborating with global marketing customer advocacy program for all identified delivery SMEs. Continue to identify and add new experts. As part of expert eminence program, educate experts on uses, do’s/don’ts of Microsoft Co-pilot (collaborating with our MarTech team). Identify and create opportunities for all SMEs to participate in below mentioned channels/engagements - Social Eminence – Drive active participation of experts in Social Eminence Program.External Relations – Identify Industry associations, Professional Organizations, and relevant Events.Speaking Opportunities for Customer Visits, proposals of sessions, being a speaker at sessions etc.Internal Relations – Identify internal Kyndryl Guilds and internal expertise communities. Leverage identified immersive assets (Videos/Demos) on DAM (Digital Asset Manager) for customer visits. Share POVs on which immersive assets are working Vs. which are not working. Keep track of new immersive assets created in our marketing functions. Identify key gap areas (e.g. GenAI, ESG, etc) and push creation of new immersive assets by working closely with other Kyndryl teams (Marketing functions such as Solution marketing/Events/Alliances teams and Sales enablement/GTM teams)

Brand Engagement

Continue to drive Kyndryl brand awareness and educate delivery teams around leveraging marketing capabilities across delivery centres.

Drive zero brand violations in each quarter. Creating co-branding opportunities with customers (office or merch) one in every quarter per region

Drive Kyndryl brand enablement training for all delivery managers across delivery centers by collaborating with Global Brand teams every year. Drive Kyndryl KINs and sustainability branding by working closely with Global Brand teams. Continue to provide Delivery Sparklers on an ongoing basis to Delivery leadership Monitor consistent approved branding across all delivery locations Work on innovative ideas such as “App development to manage customer visits” “Scent Framework” and Other “Sensory Framework” to drive better positive, consistent customer experiences.

Talent Acquisition

Continue collaboration with TA and HR teams to drive TA programs in various colleges in India, EMEA, and LATAM. Assess the number of universities/colleges engaged for Hackathons or TA-related events (D&I, Women in Tech, etc.). Develop TA temporary branding for university visits, job fairs, and other appropriate events. Identify a list of universities/colleges and propose TA programs/initiatives for these institutions. Provide branded merchandise for university students and recruiters. Continuously evaluate new methods to enhance TA branding across delivery locations.

Responsibility to Others

Lead and follow through on the assignments (Time and quality) Communicate timely to key stakeholders (marketing and Global delivery) on the progress. Become role model by continuing to build mutual respect with all team colleagues. Think strategically about the impact that our team can create for Global Delivery, Marketing and Kyndryl as a whole. Bring industry best practices, thought leadership and any new ideas to evolve Collaborative marketing team.
