About theRole
As the City MaintenanceManager at Moove.io you will oversee the maintenance operationswithin Hyderabad ensuring the seamless functioning of our vehicles.Your role involves coordinating with various teams managingmaintenance schedules and implementing efficient processes touphold our high standards. We are looking for a proactive leaderwith strong organizational skills and a knack for problemsolving toenhance our citys operationalexcellence.
What Youll beDoing
Coordinate schedule andaudit vehicle service maintenance & repair handlingescalations and
managing conflict resolutions with ourcustomers
Build Manage Measure and Maintain relationshipswith Suppliers and Repair outlets to ensure that
uptime ofFleet is maximised.
Prioritise and assign work to meetcustomers needs.
Ensure quality compliance and safety ofMoove assets.
Manage the Insurance process in line withPolicy requirements.
Ensure that all Insurance claims arecompleted expediently and vehicles brought back tooperation
in the minimum timeframe.
Manage theAuthorisations of maintenance to ensure that appropriate work isbeing done on the
fleet at the optimised costs.
Continuous Improvement mindset with respect to processes andsystems to create efficiencies and
synergies.
AdHoc investigations and solutions as required from time totime.
Track expenses and oversee the budget formaintenance.
Conduct regular inspections of thefacilities to detect and resolve problems.
Plan andmanage all repair and installation activities.
Overseeequipment stock and place orders for new supplies whennecessary.
Document and prepare daily progress reportsand maintenance logs.
Critically evaluate the trackingsolutions in place to monitor the driving habits of our DPs andwhere
necessary provideretraining.
What You willneed for this position
Minimum 10years of fleet maintenance management experiencepreferred.
An Associates or Technical degree in MotorMechanics is a must .
HandsOn Fleet Industry Experienceis a must
Strong customer service and organisationalskills required
Valid drivers licencepreferred.
Candidates will be subject to analytical testprior to interviews
Proficiency with computers includingMicrosoft Office; Google Office Suite andwebbasedapplicationspreferred.

Ensuring TAT of insurance claims under definedlimits
Ensuring PMS plan vs Actual with max X%deviation
Monthly Cost projection vs actual
Fortnightly report on Cost & TAT
Onboardingvendors
Vendor management
Fleet level plan forPMS and adherence
Team handling
Coordinationwith Insurance for any escalation
Monthly billing processwith formats Submission from vendor to CompanyAccounts
