Aboutthe Role: Assistant ManagerHR

Asan Assistant Manager HR at GRE Renew Enertech Limited you will playa crucial role in supporting and executing HR strategies that alignwith the companys goals and objectives. You will assist in managingvarious HR functions contributing to a positive work environmentand driving initiatives that support the growth and success of thecompany in the solar power industry. FunctionalParameters:

1.HRStrategySupport:

Target:Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives thatalign with GRE Renew Enertechs businessobjectives.

2.TalentAcquisition andOnboarding:

Target:Support the talent acquisition process ensuring effectiveonboarding and integration of new hires to drive employee retentionandperformance.

3.EmployeeEngagement andWelfare:

Target:Coordinate programs to enhance employee engagement promotewellbeing and build a positive workplaceculture.

4.PerformanceManagementSupport:

Target:Assist in managing performance appraisal systems and supportemployees in their professionaldevelopment.

5.TrainingandDevelopment:

Target:Contribute to the design and implementation of training programsthat align with organizational needs and employeegrowth.

6.Complianceand PolicyAdministration:

Target:Ensure HR policies and procedures are uptodate and compliant withlocal labor laws and assist in policyenforcement.

Requirements

FundamentalParameters:

Experience:Minimum 68 years of proven experience in listedcompanies.
