Aboutthe Role: Assistant ManagerHR
Asan Assistant Manager HR at GRE Renew Enertech Limited you will playa crucial role in supporting and executing HR strategies that alignwith the companys goals and objectives. Target:Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives thatalign with GRE Renew Enertechs businessobjectives.
2.TalentAcquisition andOnboarding:
Target:Support the talent acquisition process ensuring effectiveonboarding and integration of new hires to drive employee retentionandperformance.
3.EmployeeEngagement andWelfare:
Target:Coordinate programs to enhance employee engagement promotewellbeing and build a positive workplaceculture.
4.PerformanceManagementSupport:
Target:Assist in managing performance appraisal systems and supportemployees in their professionaldevelopment.

Requirements
FundamentalParameters:
Experience:Minimum 68 years of proven experience in listedcompanies.
