About the Role: Assistant Manager HR
As an Assistant Manager HR at GRE Renew Enertech Limited you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing HR strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. You will assist in managing various HR functions contributing to a positive work environment and driving initiatives that support the growth and success of the company in the solar power industry. Below are the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that define the unique responsibilities of this role.
Functional Parameters:
1. HR Strategy Support:
Target: Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with GRE Renew Enertechs business objectives.
2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Target: Support the talent acquisition process ensuring effective onboarding and integration of new hires to drive employee retention and performance.
3. Employee Engagement and Welfare:
Target: Coordinate programs to enhance employee engagement promote wellbeing and build a positive workplace culture.
4. Performance Management Support:
Target: Assist in managing performance appraisal systems and support employees in their professional development.
5. Training and Development:
Target: Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs that align with organizational needs and employee growth.
6. Compliance and Policy Administration:
Target: Ensure HR policies and procedures are uptodate and compliant with local labor laws and assist in policy enforcement.
7. Employee Relations:
Target: Assist in managing employee relations addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
8. HR Data Management:
Target: Maintain accurate HR records track HR metrics and generate reports to support decisionmaking.
9. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Target: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
