JobDescription:

Our Internationalcompany is seeking 1 Assistant Operations Manager in India. Idealcandidates can adapt and are wellknown for fastmoving andlastmoment change.

MainResponsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team ofoperationsstaff.

  • Provideleadership and guidance to ensure the team meets performancetargets and KPIs.
  • Implement and oversee changesto streamline processes and enhanceproductivity.
  • Liaise with clients tounderstand their requirements andexpectations.

  • Implementand monitor quality assurance measures to ensure that services meetor exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct regularquality audits to identify areas for improvement and providefeedback to the team.
  • Oversee training programsfor new and existing staff to ensure they are wellequipped with thenecessary skills and knowledge.
  • Use datadriveninsights to make informed decisions and implement strategies forimprovement.
  • Optimize resourceutilization to meet operationalgoals.

  • Address and resolveoperational issuespromptly.

  • Ensurecompliance with industry regulations company policies and clientrequirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation within the operationsteam.
  • Implement best practices and stayinformed about industry trends to remaincompetitive.

JobRequirement:

  • Atleast 2 years of working experience as a Senior Team Leader orequivalent role in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)setup.
  • Fluentin English. At least C1level.
  • Managedat least 50100 staff across multiple lines ofbusiness.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English with the abilityto express ideas clearly andconcisely.
  • Proventrack record of meeting and delivering targets andcommitments.
  • Contentmoderation environment work experience is a plus but notrequired.
  • Proficientin Google Suite and online collaboration tools is aplus.
  • Capableof building productive business relationships withclients.
  • Strongorganizational managerial critical thinking creative thinkingproblemsolving decisionmaking and analyticalskills.
  • Willingto work on public holidays and shifting schedules including nightshifts when needed.
