Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Summary
Busisol Sourcing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be able to provide exceptional support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the shipping company, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and accounted for.
- Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices, bills, and financial transactions related to shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve billing and payment issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial data and identify any discrepancies.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and control expenses related to shipping operations, ensuring all costs are properly accounted for and reported.
- Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings, ensuring the company remains tax compliant.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for shipping projects and operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and information, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost-saving, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
