About the Role:
As an Assistant Operations Manager at Gear Inc, you will play a key role in supporting the overall success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of operations staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure they meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of operations staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Implement and oversee changes to streamline processes and enhance productivity, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the team.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure that services meet or exceed client expectations, conducting regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Oversee training programs for new and existing staff, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Decision Making: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and implement strategies for improvement, optimizing resource utilization to meet operational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
- Best Practices: Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends to remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of working experience as a Senior Team Leader or equivalent role in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) setup.
- Language: Fluent in English, with at least C1 level proficiency.
- Management: Managed at least 50-100 staff across multiple lines of business.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- Record: Proven track record of meeting and delivering targets and commitments.
